Aruba in December brings sunny days, refreshing breezes, and a festive island spirit. Pack light, breathable clothing for warm island days.

  • Daytime Attire
    • Stick to lightweight fabrics like linen or cotton to beat the heat.
    • Sundresses, shorts, tanks, and cover-ups are ideal for beach days or poolside lounging.
    • Aruba is famously windy year-round, so bring something to keep your hair in place during breezy beach days and outdoor adventures.
  • Beachwear
    • Pack swimsuits, sandals or flip-flops, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses.
    • Reef-safe sunscreen is a must, and a rash guard or swim shirt adds bonus sun protection.
  • Evenings
    • Island nights lean polished but relaxed. Resort casual works best — think flowy dresses, maxi skirts, polos, or button-downs with light pants.
  • Excursions & Activities
    • Comfortable walking shoes and athletic wear are great for exploring. Aruba can be breezy, especially on the water, so bring a light jacket or sweater just in case.
